MTR Technology Resource Management, Inc. (MTR), is a privately-held Veteran-Owned Small Business, which focuses primarily on providing Intelligence, IT and Management support services to the government.

Our management team is highly effective and meets challenges head on while creating positive change; they are dedicated professionals, with a documented history of success, developing and leading projects from startup to profitable operations in highly competitive environments. Our management team is highly skilled at establishing positive customer relationships based on solid performance and true partnering with each and every client.

Before starting their own firm, our management team worked for both large and small government contracting firms in the roles of Vice President, Director, Program Manager, Intelligence Analyst, Testing & Evaluation Manager, System Engineer, IEW Systems Prototype Engineer as well as senior enlisted in the U.S. Army and Air Force. While gaining over 40 years of experience working in the federal government arena, within the Department of Defense, DIA, NGA, Treasury, USDA, Justice, and FAA, they have repeatedly been recognized for their abilities to set strategic direction, execute to plan, optimize operations and develop and lead high-performing teams.

Now as part of the management team at MTR, they have built a staff of like-minded professionals, led by their examples, to provide every client with outstanding Intelligence, IT and Management support services, while continuing to receive accolades from both their government and corporate clients for exceeding their expectations.
